"The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you."

"The property is dated and needs some updating, but the room was decent and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast food seemed like it was taken and heated up out of a box. The property is super close to restaurants and not too far from hocking hills, so there is a lot to do nearby. It seems a little expensive for what you get, but with the cost of living nowadays, it’s a decent place to stay."

"Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot"

"A nice basic place to stay when you only need a comfortable bed & hot shower. I appreciated the refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. The staff was friendly. They have a good assortment of quick breakfast items (not just coffee) in the lobby, but it's only available until 9:30am which is too early for me. I wish it was available until 11am. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe."

"I booked this hotel because it was advertised as a luxury property, but unfortunately it didn't live up to that description. The biggest issue was parking. The garage next to the hotel was closed during our stay, leaving guests with limited options: paid valet, an open lot across the street that didn't feel especially secure, or another parking garage about a block and a half away. That wasn't communicated clearly ahead of time and made arriving much more frustrating than expected. The room...
