"VERY DISAPPOINTING MATTRESS The hotel room itself was clean and acceptable, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It was worn out and provided very little support, making it difficult to get comfortable or get a good night’s sleep. "Several things like soap dispensers were broken. For a room with two queen beds we were given two towels which was stingy. Tub was peeling and kind of worn out. Pool was tiny and water was kind of dirty. Carpets were stained. Smelled of very strong carpet scented cleaner which seemed like it was covering up how dirty it was."
