"Automated check in. Twice we've stayed here and our Request for lower floor no stairs has never been given. Hotel was next to empty both times. We had to carry our 50lb dog up/downstairs because she can't climb stairs. She's not A small dog. If you offer rooms for dogs allow them for lower floors as well, especially in cases where seniors are involved. We will not stay here again for this reason. Stairs are not easy for all people with dogs. "

"Room old but clean. Reviews state the deluxe double are the renovated rooms. Pictures for the delux double. Show renovated rooms also. For that reason we paid for the deluxe double. We were given a standard double room. When I went down to inform the front desk, we were told it was deluxe because it had a microwave which our room did not. Yes the picture for a deluxe double show a microwave but we did not have. Room clean but old. It is an old hotel with casino so does smell really strong of smoke but not bad in room. Having Dennys in hotel was convenient. They also provided $5 off vouchers for Dennys which was nice. Also provide drink tickets for free drink per person for the night. Worked for one night stay. "
