"The rooms were clean and tidy. The area around the building was well kept. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, which makes it difficult as I get older to carry a suitcase and other things up the steps. Also, the front doors do not open automatically, which is also cumbersome when managing luggage."

"This hotel needs Serious QA/QC before opening. There was not value received. Every where you look needs touch up paint or something fixed and or completed. Internet was horrible. Tv was useless. Every channel glitched and froze. 2 positives. Clean bedding and Great Breakfast. They should pay me to QA/QC this building and manage the punch list with the General Contractor. Also Put Certs / Permits in your 1 working elevator. "

"This is an older property. Exterior wood trim needed some paint touch up. Room interiors were in excellent shape. Sink fixtures were a little old and discolored but were very clean. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Beds were very comfortable. Staff called me about 15 minutes after I checked out to let me know we had left a cushion that my wife needs to be comfortable sitting. Said it would be at the front desk for us. That’s service. Would definitely stay at this property again. "

"Woke up from a 1 night stay to no hot water. Called the front office and they said they changed out water heaters for the property the night before and they'd talk to maintenance about fixing it. An hour later called back down, no fix or maintenance available so they said they'd stop doing the hotel laundry to see if that helps. It didn't. No offer to use another section of the hotel to shower with working hot water. Asked front desk for a discount or something for our inconvenience as all...

"The lofty trendy industrial moteif is clear simple and pleasant. The staff was helpful and kind given the spare and simple arrangement. We were concerned that. the bar outside the loft rooms would be a noise problem, but it's laid-back vibe kept it mellow and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
