"Over-priced and over-sold - pretentions to 5 star, now looking tired and passe. Alledged "fantastic" Italian restaurant butchered classics (a decomposed Caesar salad loaded with Parmesan notably terrible). Staff were welcoming and helpful, my room huge but overall felt neglected and in need of a major revamp."

"Ideal stay for morning flights to avoid Mumbai traffic jams. Fridge didn’t work and despite asking for it to be fixed, nobody came. Not a lot of eating places at the airport if you are staying in this hotel, as there is no access allowed inside the terminal building until around 4 hrs before flight next day, so restaurants are limited to the hotel itself or fast food kiosks outside the terminal building. There is a small micro-brewery / cafe on 10th floor foyer outside the terminal blg."
