"Parking is off site & more expensive than what is noted on website. We arrived late and finding the entrance to her in was a little challenging. Comfortable beds, quiet overall hotel. The room was clean, but a good deep clean in bathroom is needed. overall good stay and would consider again"

"I booked a room at Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown Convention Center a month before my stay. I arrived at the Hotel to check in and the front desk staff got an Oh Crap look on their faces. After a few minutes of looking at theirs screens they told me my reservation was canceled and that they were overbooked. They told me I needed to call Expedia to get relocated. "A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Elegant entryway and smelled lovely. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated- I felt I was at a small studio I lived in. Loved the location and proximity to shopping and services in downtown area. I parked there and felt very safe. Staff were very helpful."
