"I experienced an issue with my television when I arrived. There was no sound. I contacted the front desk and they sent a technician to my room in minutes. She did some diagnostics on the connections and determined the cable box needed to be replaced. She was very concerned that I was being inconvenienced but I reassured her it was completely fine and appreciated her speedy response."

"Location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. Room size was nice. Would prefer they had a restaurant or bar inside however there are a ton of restaurants near by."
