"The staff were all very helpful during our one night stay. Very appreciative of that. Our room had no TV remote. Extremely minor issue. But the TV wasn’t connected to their TV provider either. Two of the staff came up and spent 15-20 minutes in our room pairing a new remote and getting the TV connected. No ice machine on any floor I went to worked. Elevators stopped working in the morning.

was fine … scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffle machine, cereal, etc. Definitely...
