"The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The room had high ceilings, it was clean with a very well designed bathroom, and lovely amenities. There was even an umbrella in the closet. In the morning the lounge area with complementary coffee, tea, and pastries was a balm. The two women who staffed it had great smiles and ready laughs. I felt at home. "
