"The property was extremely busy with many families staying for a kids lacrosse tournament. The lobby was very noisy but the room was quiet and we'll appointed. The included breakfast was a nice benefit. Convenient location for Battle od Monmouth reenactment."

"Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. "I enjoyed my stay here very much. It is clean and well run. The staff are responsive and gracious. Jennifer at the front desk (as well as Juls) were immensely helpful to help me find a nice room and help me recover something I accidentally left in the room. Tips: 1. Ask for a high floor to reduce noise if you can as it is NYC. 2. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you have certain brands you prefer. Otherwise you can use the hotel brand. 3. "This hotel is perfect, especially for their rate. Unless you need to sleep on cotton sheets (as opposed to microfiber or poly blend - I wish I could, but I cannot sleep), you will be very happy."

"The pool was permanently closed. When we booked, it showed that the pool is open. Very few breakfast items; they don’t have basic stuff like toast. The location is terrible to find; we circled 3 times to find the entrance."

"Staff can do a better job when addressing the room is not available or ready when checking in. The attitude definitely needs improvement. Fill in clean towels at the pool, and make sure the door to the pool works. Saw a bug in the room, disgusting."

Broken items- body wash container, toilet handle, Rugs in the hallways not vacuumed. No tap beer in the bar. Main TV in bar not working correctly not watchable. No one available at checkout.
