We only stayed here one night. The guests in the next room had their tv on all night incredibly loud. When I tried to call the front desk their was no answer.

Loved the cleanliness of the place in general. As soon as you walk in it smells fresh and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was ultra friendly as well. My room looked exactly as it did online. No disappointments from me. We didn’t need to use it but the microwave and fridge were spotless too! We will be back!

The worst of my nights in a hotel, I couldn't sleep due to a strange noise on the floor above, I called the reception three times and they didn't resolve my request and didn't even give an apology.

This property surpassed our expectations. We travelled for a wedding and the Courtyard was the suggested hotel. From we first arrived until we checked out the staff and service were amazing . The rooms are spacious, clean and quite comfortable- especially the bed! There were quite a bit of amenities but the downstairs bar and lounge was a favorite amongst our group. The only downside was that the guests on the floor above us were quite noisy and sometimes disturbed our sleep. Other than that, i would definitely recommend staying here

Most properties include a complimentary breakfast of some sort. This property does not. I also am not a fan of the $20 per night fee for incidentals, which of course is returned if you don't need them.

A great place to stay.
Check in was quick and easy. Staff was pleasant and easy to work with. Room was big and had drawers and closets (something we didn't get at another hotel). Coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator made the mornings very comfortable

Security staff on weekends only. Hotel noisy , paper thin walls & housekeeping was loud early in the morning. Air conditioner / Heater smelled musty so we kept it turned off. Sink water pooled & drained extremely slow.

First thing I noticed in room 337 was the extra door lock not working properly. The knob just spun, but appeared to be locked. The room phone in room 337 was inoperable. I requested the room to be service twice with negative results. I finally had towels delivered. There was one minuscule bar of soap to use in the bathroom. Nobody uses the dispensers in the showers because the can be opened and who knows what added to them. Going away from the individual mini shampoo bottles made be good for the bottom line, but not for customers. They are too easily tampered with.

Room was clean and a good size for my family. Sofa bed was comfortable and there was a microwave and mini fridge which was great. Plenty of pillows and the beds were comfortable. Snack pantry located by the front desk. Great for a few night trip.
