"Room was very clean, but the toilet bowl kept running due to not filling properly. They did come to check it right away, but they didn’t understand what we were trying to tell them about it. Staff was very friendly and professional. Beach view was excellent and we were very close to malls."
"We tried calling several times to schedule shuttle transportation, but no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the Orlando Airport, we called again at 8:30pm and was told that the shuttle was gone from the airport. We paid $100 for an uber and when we arrived at the hotel the shuttle pulled up right behind our urber driver. There was only two passengers on the schuttle, so we could have rode on the shuttle. This was very disappointing because we had to spend unnecessary money."

You just don’t find people that are so caring like that anywhere, therefore it mad my stay a memorable one to say the least."
