"We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool. "Spectacular home, river access for kayak (not for raft), quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Amazing place!!!!"

"This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is."

"The cabin was immaculately clean upon arrival. Communication was great. We stayed for our honeymoon and it was the perfect little, quiet place in the mountains. It is not secluded but in a small, quiet area with neighbors who kept to themselves. It’s very close to downtown Ouray and a beautiful hour or so drive to Telluride. We would definitely stay again! Loved the rustic, vintage feel to it. It was perfect for our relaxing honeymoon. "
