"Water spills all over the floor when showering. Very dangerous if you slip. Almost fell few times. No international sockets. This expected of 4 star hotel. There is only one in the bathroom and it did not work."

"The sauna was not on for all four days stay. No staff in spa to give any towels for bath. Ac in room does not cool enough."

"This hotel is located at a very convenient location. Just a few minutes walk to different metro stations (red line and green line). Two supermarkets just around the corners as well. The staff is very friendly. We asked them to open couple bottles of wine that we got from the hotel as the welcome gifts."

"Good location close to the airport and easy access to main parts of Lisbon by public transport. Courteous staff. Prepaid buffet breakfast was worth the price. Room was comfortable and clean. Only reason why 4 stars have been allotted is that parts of the bathroom were run down and need to be fixed."

"This hotel has no thrills, but it is clean, quiet and in the good location. The garage is kind of tricky to get in and get out, especially if you have SUV. The staff was really friendly and helpful."
