I thought that this location enabled us to navigate out of town and in town locations very easily from Entrecampos train and Metro stations under one roof. The hotel was about two blocks from the station. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area, not great but they get the job done. There is a fully stocked European (not the understocked American) Lidl Grocery at the train station with plenty of grab and go options with good pricing.

Great location for nearby theatre. Hotel is currently undergoing some refurbishment. Ask for an Exec room as they are much better than standard room.

I was stuck in a bind and was able to get into this hotel very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried their best to accommodate you. The rooms were very clean right down to the nice deep soaking tub. Very hot water that's a plus for me. Everything is within minutes of a car or walk. Quiet and the breakfast was only 9 euros. And they had a lot to choose from.

The Hotels Name "Hotel VIP Inn Berna" is misguiding. Nothing VIP here. Friendly staff, but I must say that there is a lack of charme and warm feeling. I have written twice to that hotel regarding a question we had. No answer. The breakfast buffet is fine, but for the love of sausagges, please don't use canned mini sausagges. They taste horrible. The room and the rest of the Hotel was clean. Very nice.

Clean,comfy beds, friendly staff. Good location!

Positive experience! Stayed 4 nights in one of the rooms located in the older part of the hotel and should say that although some of the furniture is showing signs of age / outdated the level of cleanliness and comfort is really good. You'll get toiletries and complimentary bottle of water. Housekeeping team did a great job daily. Friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Quick check - in and check - out process. Breakfast is available with option to pay at property however can't give my opinion as I didn't try it. Great location, very close to Campo Pequeno Shopping Centre - Events /Bullfight Arena, also restaurants/snack bars/supermarket, plus Buses and Metro rail stations. There's an ATM just outside hotel's main entrance.
