"Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie kleine Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-in, könnten noch optimiert werden, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!"

"Although the River was in flood this didn't stop our wonderful evening at the Hotel. The room was delightful. The restaurant out of this world - well it should be with 2 Michelin stars - and the staff we perfect. Except for one who was very grumpy when we arrived early for dinner by 20 minutes! But hey ho the other staff were all dlieghtful and efficient. A special place."

"Wow! This place is literally the center of town. The river views and sites all around were amazing! The staff was second to known. They took care of anything you needed. The rooms were great and new. The breakfast was off the hook. You will find it all there. Walking to everything in town within 10-15 mins tops. "

"The room was spacious and airy, with a gorgeous view. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and in the evening would come back from dinner and sit outside along the river at the restaurant bar. It was magical. The staff was very friendly and accomodating."
