"While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. "Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here!"

"parking was convenient. Staff was very friendly love the layout and design of the hotel but the restaurant and bar was not open or available during our stay which was weird because we arrived early in the day and we did have some brown spots or rust in the tub but besides that everything else was great. came down to visit LSU for my daughter orientation and it was the perfect location and I would stay there again. hopefully next time we can try the restaurant because I heard it was a really good...

"The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay."
