"This property was so unsafe and the room was dirty, I left and went somewhere else and they refused to give me a refund. I felt extremely unsafe to stay here and didn't want to stay overnight. It was extremely loud, the room was on the ground floor, there were drug addicts and loiterers everywhere. Located in an unsafe part of town with no gate blocking outsiders from coming onto property. "We were disappointed that when we booked the Holiday Inn for 2 mights and came back 2 days later to stay, that it wasn't the same hotel. Expedia had booked us at a different Holiday Inn farther from our destination. We had understood that it would be the same location we had been at before. We didn't appreciate the extra driving after a long day. "
