"Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control."

"Exceptional, high end hotel. Wonderful staff and terrific ambience. Bar/restaurant can get crowded for sunset views from non staying customers, I would suggest prioritizing bookings in this way, with walk-ins on a first come first serve basis. There are a lot of cats on property, very pet friendly, but flagging for those with allergies or phobias."

"The location was perfect and walking distance to everything and plenty of restaurants around. Although the hotel restaurant was amazing! We had such a lovely dinner. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable! I can’t rate this hotel more highly! "

"We stayed in the Sultan suite and it was amazing, lots of room and a lovely jacuzzi. The restaurant upstairs was great and there were beautiful views from all over the property. We got to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel, Aza, which was very nicely situated next to a fairy chimney. The staff were very attentive and even helped us arrange some excursions that were some of the most memorable part of the trip. Highly recommend the Kings Breakfast!
