"Absolutely beautiful property with tons to do within the property. Well maintained trails perfect for beginners. The staff was very professional and pleasant. "Our family loved our stay at the Volcano Lodge. It was close to Fortuna and had an incredible view of the volcano. The pool and the 3 thermal hot springs areas were magical. The swim up bar in the hot spring pool was very unique. Breakfast was very tasty each morning and the staff was super friendly. Our bungalow room opened up on a patch of forest where we’d sit on chairs and watch a parade of exotic birds and butterflies fly by. We would highly recommended it!"

"Enjoyed our stay here! Lots to do near this hotel. The little cafe next to the pool has great lattes and cappuccinos. The breakfast was okay. We enjoyed our dinner at one of the offered restaurants near the gravel area with the fire pits. The staff were friendly and welcoming. "

"This place was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the back patio with table and mini kitchen. It was beautiful to sit and eat breakfast on the patio watching the hummingbirds in the flowers. The staff was helpful and friendly. They helped us book a couple excursions as well."

"We were very exited to come to this place . But Randy on the front desk was very rude and unpleasant to talk to . He give us the information about our room and every thing but his attitude toward us was like he was mad to be there . First time come to this hotel and were received in a very disrespectful way and we got a very rude person just to start our stay . No good for business . "

"The lodge was seclusive but had all the basic amenities that you would need. We loved that we were in a jungle environment and woke up with nature everyday. The staff were very helful and friendly and made our stay welcoming. Fiona's Cafe had amazing food for breakfast and dinner, with reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay very much! "

"Nice, typically rustic Belize style resort. Everyone working there that we interacted with was friendly. Very few rooms occupied the two nights we were there (5 rooms the second night and less than that the first night it seemed), which was good in some ways but not great for the resort. It seems they don't use dynamic pricing because I would have stayed another night if the price wasn't so much higher for the Saturday night stay even though I was told they only had 10 rooms booked for...

"The property and surroundings were beautiful. The room was very nice and fit our family of four perfectly. We loved hearing the nature noise maker surrounding us and the nature hike was really fun too. I would recommend a 4x4 to get to the property, it is a good ways up a bumpy road."
