"I’m not sure how this is a Sheraton because the quality of this hotel was terrible. The staff was very nice but the actual hotel was outdated, needed new everything, and was just basically gross. My bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, my mom’s bathroom had hair all over the walls. The shower has very low ceilings so if you’re tall, be careful. "No cinnamon buns. The only thing that sets Holiday Inn Express apart from other mediocre breakfasts. No recognition from the staff for gold member status. Had to get our room key reprogrammed because someone attempted to enter our room. No apology."

"Not a big menu choice for breakfast but what was there was good. My husband liked the bagel choices and the yogurt machine. I had a muffin, banana and boiled egg. But the room was awesome, large and great tvs. CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED."

"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. "The setting of the hotel was beautiful along the stream. It felt private and safe even though it was within walking distance of West Chester central with restaurants, shops and great coffee and easy driving distance of Longwood Gardens and Valley Forge. Appreciated all the books rather than nicknacks. If I hadn’t had so much planned and the weather was too nice to be inside, I would have read all day. "

"After driving 10ish hours from Lexington, Kentucky, we arrived at the property to be told that we didn’t have a room there. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but if you’ve oversold the property, the front desk should have that info to give to the guests who are getting screwed over. He didn’t seem to have any information at all on what was happening, so I drove another half hour to a different hotel who was able to accommodate me."
