First of all there was a few things that were not too good, I arrived earlier and they charged me for a an extra half price of the regular price, and there a couple of things that were missing, toilet paper was half empty, shower towels, it was only one, in my experience I don’t think I’m going to use them again, sorry about my experience, I think that probably someone else has a different opinion.

La habitación me la entregaron sin haberla aseado, llegué y la puerta estaba abierta, me dijeron que esperara 20 minutos para que la asearan, esperé más de media hora y no la tuvieron lista. Como me cobraron al hacer el check-in, solicité la devolución del cobro y me retiré del lugar, no me alojé ahí. Sin embargo me estoy dando cuenta de que expedia me hizo varios cargos que ascienden a más de $1,200 MXN y no entiendo por qué

Requiere mucho mantenimiento, me asignaron una habitación con fuerte olor a cigarro, se solicitó el cambio y si lo autorizaron así que ya pudimos descansar, el agua caliente tardó mucho en salir por lo que se desperdicia mucha agua.

El mayor problema de los cuartos es su falta de aire acondicionado, si hace calor es casi imposible refrescarse; ademas de que el agua de las duchas no esta caliente, solo tibia.

La chica de recepción fue grosera al inicio hasta que comentamos que teníamos reservación cambió su actitud, en la habitación no servía el aire acondicionado, la solución fue un ventilador viejo, no hay ventanas y por lo mismo el calor es sofocante, y el baño se veía sucio, el restaurante del hotel no estaba en uso, una experiencia muy desagradable, lo único que lo salva es que está lleno de naturaleza el hotel, se pagó un precio alto para una experiencia tan desagradable
