"Third time’s the charm — except all three times were charming! This place is so clean, I’d eat off the floor (but I won’t... probably). The room always smells like fresh linen and good life choices. It’s so quiet you can hear your own thoughts — unless your kids came with, then good luck. The staff is so friendly I half expected them to tuck me in and read a bedtime story. 10/10, would awkwardly wave goodbye at checkout again. See you next time!"

"Clean and comfortable in a safe area. I have a profoundly disable husband. Everything is on me. This hotel was easy to find. The area made me feel comfortable. The handicapped accessible bathroom was one of the best we have ever had. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed there for university of Iowa graduation with 2 sets of Grandparents and our other family - four rooms. Hotel was Great! Everyone loved it - clean, friendly, great service and easy to park and get around. Highly recommend "
