"The staff was super friendly. The room itself was a bit disappointing. There was hair in the shower and the floors were dirty. It gave me the "ick". Location is very convenient."

"The room was very dated and several items did not work. However, the staff were first rate. If it weren't for the staff at check-in, housekeeping, and dining room during breakfast, this hotel would have had a lower rating. "

"My children and I stayed here for 2 days. I've got 4 children 6 and under, 1 under 1. They offered a crib with bedding, such a kind offer and my son slept well. The heating/cooling worked perfectly. I did see one pup so I know they are pet friendly. The room had coffee and tea, loved that. Also has comfortable beds, plush bedding and pillows. We ate breakfast both days. There was a huge selection (eggs,sausage,yogurt,all breads/bagels,pancake station, biscuits/gravy, fruit, fresh cinnamon rolls). The front desk assistant was an absolute pleasure. He was helpful without needing to be asked. My children loved him and he treated them so kindly. This made it much easier for me to navigate without dad. We will absolutely be back 10/10"

"Kenny was great at the front desk. He gave us a new room after our first one smelled like some smoked a carton of cigarettes in it. Our second room was better but there was no hot water when I went to shower at 830pm and the shower needed to be cleaned there was someone elses hair on the shower wall. Overall hotel stay was just average. 3 out of 5 stars."

"Love the location. The door locks but looks like its open. Clean room but bathroom is a bit tight as the door feels like itd touch toilet as u close it trying to stand inside the it. Great 4 sleeping in."
