"The property is worn out and needs help. The breakfast area is overrun with people and not enough seats. The trash collectors came at 6:00 am with their beeping trucks. Not the greatest experience. "
"The check-in process was rather clunky even though I apparently had submitted all the paperwork through Expedia. They needed me to fill out a detailed on-line document, including downloaded photos, which I had no clue how to do. Everything, including the pass key code, is high-tech and difficult for some to manage. As for the room, my only complaint was that using the toilet was an ordeal as a large-sized person could barely squeeze by the sink. The staff was wonderful and she happily helped me navigate these hoops. The food and service at the restaurant was outstanding. All told, it was a pleasurable experience except for a few glitches.
"
"This property has so much potential! It's in a perfect spot and small enough to enjoy your trip without crowds. That being said, I'm disappointed that our room wasn't as great. Our shower had mold stains so we had to place a washcloth over it to feel comfortable showering. The room was dusty, including the bed's box springs under the matress. There was trash behind the dresse and the hangers in the room were also dusty and broken. There was mold in the document hanger on the room door that detailed outdated information about the facility. Had the room been better kept up our stay would have been great but we were not comfortable and worried about sleeping in the beds. "
"Thank u for letting us use the car charges! It was great! Beautiful grounds, comfy beds! Tepurpedic mattress and amazing pillows and blanket. Bikes to ride for kids and a warm pool was a Gods sent!"
"I’ll let the photos speak for itself
Needs a lot of love. This place could be special
