"I booked the hotel because of the pool and the rate. and I could have chosen a different hotel in Austin 5 min away from downtown for the same price but chose this one because my son wanted to use the pool. I made sure to call and confirm the pool was open before booking. when we got there the pool was DIRTY lots of leaves, the floor had sediment the type that is slippery. DISGUSTING. I want a partial refund. we drove to the hotel to use the pool but the. because of this we had to change plans and go to the Burton springs late at night. it messed up our one night stay in Austin."

The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable, creating a relaxing vibe throughout the stay. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day right. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!"
