"The elevators didn't work the 3 days we were at the hotel. We originally were placed in a room on the first floor but it was so dirty and smelly. It hadn't been cleaned or maybe even used for a long time before we were there. The door to the stairs slammed all night so we asked the young male manager if we could move. He had an attitude towards me and told me he helped customers every day and knew what he was doing. My husband ended up going to talk to him and then he was very happy to help move...

"We just left this Best Western for a graduation and our family had an incredible stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to leave Congrats Grad gifts for each room. The stay really helped our trip run smoothly. I would stay here again."

"2nd time we have stayed at this property, the room keys were a total annoyance this trip, the slightest thing would deprogram them, we made no less than 10 trips to the front desk to have them redo our keys over two days…other than that it was great."

"In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! "

So many hotels are starting to cut corners on those little things, but Quality Inns are consistent in offering so many details - in-room coffee and tea, Kleenex, water cups, make-up remover, shampoo, soaps, lotion. Always a refrigerator, microwave, ice...! Full breakfast at this location! A few facility items on property need a little TLC. Great access to freeway and Cross Hollow Event Center. "

"This hotel seemed to be undergoing some fixing up or possibly a change in management. The rooms were sorely in need of renovation and upgrades. The key to the outside door didn't work during lock-up time posted. There were stacks of furniture in the parking lot. We didn't get any housekeeping during our stay. The staff were nice but it seemed they could use help and were scrambling to keep up with everything."
