"Recent stay for two nights in a studio room with two adults & three children while visiting an ailing family member.
Our stay started off poorly when we pulled back the sheets on both beds the first night and found brown stains on the bedding. We notified the front desk immediately and were moved to another room. "The room was nicely clean, Jesús and the rest of the staff are very friendly, attentive, and courteous and really helpful so you find everything you need. The breakfast is great, there is always someone checking that the items don't run out, and there's a lot of choices for everyone. There are a bunch of stores nearby and every thing I wanted to see from Jacksonville was no more than 30 minutes away."
