"I have arrived at 4am at the property due to there check in policy I have charge full amount which is fine, room was spacious and clean, coffee amenity were present which is I love it as coffee lover. However I have requested for MUR but no one attended until I came back from the room which is disappointing, no bidet in washroom. Overall concept of the room is outdated its not reflecting a luxury five star mandarin property."
