they could stand to change the linens more often. I stayed 10 days and had to ask them to change the sheets.....never did get new towels.

During the years we have used the Cebu Grand, we have seen improvements. Now breakfast was served on the 7th floor roof top, what was a good place to enjoy the views. The room we got has no private bathroom so it's a big problem for us. it was a bit uncomfortable because of the aircon not functioning well.

It is just a very Profesional hotel, everything is done to give to you the rest and the confort you were expecting.
