"Cleanliness of room & facilities: 1. The room was not ready despite the fact that our arrival was 4 hours after the check out time. 2.The bathroom had a bad smell. Exhaust fan not working. 3.Room, carpet & decors are old & not well maintained. -- Staff are helpful & breakfast has good selection."
