"We were in Columbia overnight for a graduation at Fort Jackson. The hotel was in a great spot-close to great food, bars, and the capital. Staff were exceptional. The in-hotel bar was lovely. Room was super clean and very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in town."

"The price is definitely what you get and still maybe high. All though upon walking in to the room it looks clean and has been updated. The floors are filthy I would not walk barefoot of in just socks. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain had a smell. My daughter ended up getting sick from the air of the air conditioner unit. A trip to urgent care and antibiotics later. Again it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great."

"Breakfast was cooked fresh, although we were disappointed in the hash browns. They were similar to McDonalds hash browns, and were very greasy. Oil oozed out and sat on the plate. Eggs, bacon and Orange juice were good, though. "

"We stayed at this Sleep Inn Columbia both going to and returning from Florida. It has good, basic rooms, and our rate was good, especially mid-week when we returned. They only have Belgian waffles in the morning for hot breakfast, but plenty of other things are provided like bread, bagels, yogurt, and packets of oatmeal. There is a machine for orange juice. My only criticism of this hotel is the coffee provided during breakfast. It was very weak and just not very good."

"It was fine although the fitness room, parking lot, and public bathroom in the lobby needed some cleaning attention. Breakfast was good with variety. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. "
