"This place is nicely kept and well maintained except the bulk bed was making a lot of noise when we moved around. You don’t get your own restroom or toilet. You have shared kitchen, sink, toilet and shower. My son didn’t like the separate bathroom and toilet so most likely I will not book it again. Nakano Shimbashi train station is about 10 minutes away."

Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. "

"This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it!"

Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"
