"We booked this property on the 2nd of April through expedia. The stay was for 4th of April. We recieved a message from Cortney on 3rd with a better offer to relocate us to Sister Property at Tunnel Mountain. When we called the front desk later, we were greeted very nicely by Keiran. He informed us that due to some glitch in system the Rocky Mountain resort was overbooked and he offered us a better propery at Tunnel mountain resort. We accepted the offer. Keiran also allowed us access to the hot tub and pool at both the properties. Hence, we loved our stay at tunnel mountain resort and enjoyed amazing amenities at both the properties. "Some rooms have patio doors leading to a small common area which is perfect for those of us with dogs. However, the rooms near the mechanical room are very noisy,"

"Our room was not cleaned properly prior to checking us in. The tub had dirt and hair in it, and the sink had toothpaste dried all over it. The sheets were not changed. After notifying front desk they sent someone up with a rag and cleaning spray who cleaned the tub/sink. They did nothing about the sheets.. We had to wait until the next morning to ask one of the cleaners to please change over the bedding. Front desk did not seemed concerned about this at all.we will not be staying at this location again. "
