"Checked out a few rooms and every room was very dirty and crawling with bugs, bugs under the blankets and pillows, bugs on the floor. Dirty floors and dirty washrooms, locks on the doors were broken off. Only half the lights worked in the rooms. "

"Room was clean and recently refurbished. Property was still under construction. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate."
