"Been before. It was much quieter this time. Had to wait 5 minutes at check in as employee was on break. Don’t think the deck in the room had ever been cleaned. One of the two elevators were broken so had to wait a while. Was much better last year when I went."

"We loved staying here! We absolutely felt it was our home away from home. The location is ideal, close to shops, grocery stores , bakeries , the harbour and the beach. We hope to come back soon. The only thing to be improved upon was the dust underneath the bed. Not a huge deal unless you suffer from dust allergies. It only occurred to me when we were leaving and looked under the bed for missing items and the dust bunnies under there woke up my allergies. Other than that we look forward to...

"L habitación muy limpia, con transporte al aeropuerto sin costo. Personal muy amable. El único detalle es que los precios del menú en ron service no están actualizados, pedimos 3 platos para cenar y nos cobraron 400 pesos de diferencia xq no estaban actualizados en la carta. No nos dieron nota. "

"Rooms are dated but bed was extremely comfortable, especially after a long day on your feet. Kitchenette was a handy feature, I wish there was bags for the ice from the ice machine but it is Vancouver so single use plastics is not anywhere to be found. Last two nights our garbage was not taken."
