"Only stayed 1 night. Wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of our room and bathroom. Pickleball court right outside the window so was load till late and no air-conditioning units in the hotel. 15 minute walk to centre market all downhill."

"Nice modern hotel. Very clean. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with high quality ingredients - which makes such a difference when staying in a hotel. Nice variety of meat selections and good mix of Vietnamese and western food. I really appreciated having local dishes at breakfast so the stay feels so authentic and I got a chance to taste local Vietnamese food. A nice surprise was the complimentary curated tea service in the afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay at Thai hotel. It is also less than 8 mins to drive to the lake and about 400 m to the Futa bus station. "

"I’m reading this based on the sister property. I booked this one by accident but the staff was kind enough to transfer my booking to the other property. I don’t know if it’s a cleaning product they use in Vietnam because I am now in another hotel that smells like urine as well but opening the window and turning on the fan helped. The first room we stayed in had several long hairs in the bed and they were kind enough to move us, but the first room did not smell as bad as the next one. For the money though, it was very cheap, it was fine. The location was great."

"Everything is excellent from beginning and during staying of 3N4D. Breakfasts menu are changed daily and very good quality with various choices. I would comeback next time when visit Đà Lạt and would recommend to everyone."
