"Bartender at the adult pool was rude and harassing. We requested a trolley ride from the adult pool back to our room and waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. We decided to walk back when a nice gentleman on a trolley stopped to give us a ride. He told us he never received the message for a pick up. "

"Clean room, nice front desk staff, only downside is the bathroom was a little outdated but was still clean. Walls are very thin in the rooms"

"Super friendly staff, cater to your family needs. They pools were amazing for my 2 girls (6 and 8 year olds). As the pool staff were super nice and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing and great keeping all the kids safe. Amazing place to stay at. They even had a Magic show for the kids."

"The hotel is amazing our room was beautiful. Restaurants are beautiful with great menu and deliciously prepared food. you just need to be aware when booking with hotels.com you get room in low category. Our room did not have a window and it was on top a room that had machinery so all night we heard a noise and a vibration from lower floor. They tried to upgrade the room for higher amount. The nobs to control water in the shower was all loose. the hotel needs some up keep not really 5 star quality for the price for sure. Not sure if I would stay at the hotel again but definitely will go back for the restaurants. Gi Gi at Norma was a fabulous waiter, he helped us customize our breakfast and was very helpful. "
