"Beautiful property "

"The hotel looks old and the maintenance is poor. No water to drink in the room, you have to buy it in the vending machine. We didn’t use the pools nor the spa, so we can’t comment on these amenities. We only stayed for one night. Our opinion is based in the room only."

"Pool staff great"

"If I could leave 0 starts I would . On our arrival bathrooms and mirrors were dirty . We found blood stains in our sheets , after we notified the staff the told us they were changed , came back by the end of the day and found on the other bed comforter with blood stains . Please don’t stay here it is filthy !"

"The property is pretty outdated, it could use an upgrade. The amenities were ok, pool and fitness room were average. There was not a lot to offer. Only served breakfast and lunch. Plus side: Location is great, the staff is wonderful. We felt very welcomed and valued. Even though our stay was at a very busy time of year, Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, we got a good rate compared to other hotels in the area. "

"Pools were lovely. Room was very nice. Activities were not consistently done and in wrong locations which was frustrating since I have young kids who would’ve loved them. Cleaning of the room was inconsistent. For the amount we paid I expected more. Food was good but overpriced. Valet was excellent. "
