Great location, room was cleaned daily but the owner is not always around so breakfast was not available for 1 day. Food is also left out after breakfast has finished. Yoghurts, fruit and bread. Comfy bed

This was a last minute emergency booking -due to Italy’s National strike we couldn’t get to our planned city destination. City Fair claimed 24/7 reception.- false advertising! Property in a laneway with locked gate & no answer on intercom. Finally contact with a staff member promising that under the circumstances payment would be refunded - disappointingly not honored.

FULL OF MOLD - DON'T STAY HERE The whole apartament is full of mold. You can smell it from the doorway. The bathroom is tiny, full of mold and rust, and the shower area doesn't have a door. Inside of the room the walls are dirty, full of scratches, and the room smells of mold. The owner has bad English skills and he scolded me regarding the hour of the breakfast (bad communication). The receptionist guy was very nice, helped me with directions and let me leave my luaggages inside the accomodation after check out, but had drityness under his nails and didn't cut them. The dining area is very small and the breakfast wasn't ready at 7:30 a.m. The breakfast is very good and is compose of cheese, ham, eggs, olives, croissants, cakes, jam, Nutella, bread, tea, milk, hot chocolate, coffee. The accomodation is close to the city centre, with supermarkets near by, and also to the Duomo of Catania. The door from the balcony had no window blind, it was missing.

Super zentral gelegen und liebe Gastgeber! Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon und war für mich als Alleinreisende absolut ausreichend! Außerdem gibt Ivan tolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt und war sehr bemüht, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

La situación del alojamiento es excelente para poder moverte por Catania. Está justo al lado de la vía Etnea que es donde más vida hay. No hay ruido, ya que es una calle paralela. El problema es aparcar, hay un mercadillo todas las mañanas y quita muchas plazas azules, y los parking están llenos. La habitación estaba bien, en un edificio viejo pero reformado. El baño bien, pero no muy limpio. Y los desayunos están bien, sobre todo para nosotros que no desayunamos mucho, pero había un poco de todo. El hombre muy amable y muy simpático. En general bien, pero sobre todo por el lugar.

Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Viele Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer am Ende des Flures war schön groß und hatte sogar einen Balkon. Leider war es nicht richtig gereinigt. Der Fußboden hätte mal gesaugt werden müssen. Mülleimer war nicht ausgeleert. Handtücher konnte man nicht aufhängen, da sich der Handtuchhalter schon halb von der Wand gelöst hat. Tür zum Badezimmer ging nicht richtig zu. Überall eben kleine Mängel, die einfach behoben werden könnten. Das Frühstück gab es an der Rezeption. Etwas eng aber sehr gute Auswahl, alles frisch und sehr lecker.
