"If you’re looking to stay in Catania for a few days then this hotel is perfect. Located on the main street, it’s a short walk to all the local sights and close to great restaurants and bars. The rooms were immaculately clean to the extent that our clothes were folded or hung for us when we returned to the room and the view from our balcony looked straight up to Mount Etna. Aside from a small fault with the hotel’s card payment machine (note: the chip & pin didn’t work) the service was very good...

"This is a great property with wonderful staff that really care about their customers. The property is fully renovated, brand new & high-end. We were leaving very early to get to the airport and the staff were so concerned about us not being able to get breakfast that they went out and got us something to pick up the night before (although we didnt figure out where we were supposed to go to get it)."

"The person working there (Marco )was very helpful. He helped me book the trip to Mt. Etna and find out about the buses to Noto and to Palermo. He was very nice to his guests."

"Nice owner. Perfect place for a short stay( I stayed one night). Not a ton of amenities but has the basics. Only problem is the WiFi does t work consistently which is a problem if your an international visitor."

"Newly renovated chic large rooms in an building convenient to cathedral square(like 3 min walk) Bkfast nice to your room. There are almost 4 flights of stairs n we have luggage. Manager Nicola immediately came to help us bring our luggage up the stairs n did the same for checking out. A great joy to stay at dome"

"It was one of the worst experience. The place was so dreadful, rooms are really bad, no on suite facilities, A/C was not working and the lady did not know when the person will turn up to sort it out, the surroundings looked very unsafe, we were requested to pay the money in cash (no facility for the card service) and even another customer was waiting to take our room if we don't stay. We did not stay there because it was not a hotel at all (may be a hostel for the backpackers)."

"In the heart of the most walkable part of Catania, this property is easily accessible by bus from the airport. Be prepared for walking up stairs, as there is no lift, but once you are there you will experience a wonderful view with a lot of activities within a short walk. Numerous cafes, shops and restaurants are nearby. A great spot to enjoy the best of Catania."

"The main problem was that the doors to the deck did not sufficiently restrict the very loud street noise below. You could hear auto and motorcycle traffic all night long."
