"The room was clean. The staff was pretty helpful whilst trying to explain how we could locate the garage. The parking though was quite difficult to locate and approach. After all the hotel itself is very good."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were extremely patient when my booking was difficult to track because for some reason the site books under my Facebook name. The room they put me in has the most incredible view of the ocean and it’s the perfect location. I added another night because it’s hard to leave. Will be coming back."

"The included breakfast and raking was a convenient touch. The room was very comfortable and chic. The staff ere so friendly. The location was perfect. The only thing I wish the pool was heated in the colder season :) everything was amazing though!!!"
Parador de la Seu d'Urgell

"We had a comfortable stay in a room with a terrace which was a pleasant surprise. The half board deal was excellent value and the food at dinner and breakfast was very good. It is unusual to have the whole à la carte menu to choose from with no supplements. Parking at €19 was a bit expensive but there is free parking nearby. Staff were efficient but not especially friendly."

"Lovely location and friendly staff. But - weird how restaurant not used for breakfast- instead we are in a different room. And PLEASE can you have more than just the one member of staff in the bar! Poor man was doing everything on his own!"

"Bien localisé pour Vielha et vallée Baqueira, stationnement facile, déjeuner compris. Odeur d'égout dans salle de bain, pas de clim ni ventilation dans la salle de bain. Il y a un ventilateur sur un bureau dirigé vers le lit."
