"Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience. "The room was very clean and the bed was fine (a little firm). They had parking in front which is what we needed for an early rental car return to the airport. There was a free breakfast but we left at 3am, so I can't comment on that! It is close to the airport. I can't offer information about the area because we only stayed for sleep."
