"We had a great time, but the property is starting to feel/look past its prime. The Vibe Team and entertainment staff were amazing. The restaurant staff seemed annoyed all the time. The representative from Expedia - Jazz - was VERY helpful. Very much appreciated her."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Bay. The staff is wonderful. We enjoyed the food choices and the pools. The beach had a lot of sargassum so they had a shuttle to a nearby beach, which we really enjoyed. They had chairs and drinks for us at the nearby beach. For the most part, the drinks were good. ..."
