"Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "Great, modern family-run property in fantastic central location. The booked taxi connected us to the properties cool golf-buggy which takes baggage to the hotel in minutes and was waiting for us on arrival. The management have made the rooms quiet by adding double-double glazing (never seen that before!) and we slept well in the 2 booked rooms (112 and 110). "Great hotel with excellent location, right next to Old Town. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and breakfast had great options. The room was very clean and well maintained with high end finishes. Only issue is there was no iron or steamer provided so if you need to get your clothes ironed, you would need to use paid hotel service. Overall, an exceptional hotel that I would book again."
