"Clean room, great staff and breakfast. "

"Great staff and spacious rooms. I was skeptical at first but this hotel exceeded my expectations. I have food allergies so I couldn't eat the breakfast but my husband loved the waffles. My only negative was I accidentally left a stuffed animal that I've had for almost twenty years. I called the hotel but nobody has seen it. It meant so much to me but I'm sure they just seen a raggedy old dog. My heart is broken. This is not their fault. It's my own. :( "

"We stayed 3 nights. I was here for a work trip (comic con vendor) and brought my son (4yo). My son had just been couped up in the car for 7 hours and was a ball of energy, the check in employee was incredibly patient. He was even more patient when I locked myself out of the room a mere hour later. Room looked great and very good price!"

" Stayed here for a week in a regular room and one night in a hot tub room, and unfortunately it was a pretty bad experience. Both rooms are very dated and worn down. We paid an extra $75 specifically for the hot tub room just to relax, but it was a huge disappointment—the tub was dirty and the buttons were broken, so it wasn’t even usable. On top of that, the hallways are very dirty and stained, and the stairwells smell strongly like weed. Other guests we spoke to in the elevator even mentioned finding hair in their showers, which says a lot about the overall cleanliness. Overall, this place feels poorly maintained and not worth the money. Would not stay here again. Not sure why but the vending machine restocker was very rude for us just watching them work "

"This was a great place to stay - very clean and lots of amenities (pools!) Loved our room, very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was a great added benefit. The only downside was that the breakfast foods were not very hot. But would definitely stay here again."
