"The Staff were amazing and super friendly. The rooms were nice, the hotels location and views from it were breathtaking. The restaurant had amazing food. The lobby looks straight out of a Christmas movie. However, few things: 1) if your room is located on the 4th floor be prepared to wait so long for the one elevator that is located at the back of the hotel. 2) they do not change your sheets! We stayed 5 days and our sheets were not changed until we asked them to physically change them. All they do is make the bed for you. 3) they do not clean the shower or sink, all they did was take the washrooms garbage out and put new towels. 4) the hot tub needs to be cleaned, the floor of it had black debris and one of the jets were broken."

"The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful setting. The reception area, Starbucks coffee and two restaurants are located in the main building. The food is well priced and excellent. You do not need to wonder around looking for a place to eat. The staff are exceptional."
