"Hotel was good. Very close to shopping and dinning. Easy walk to many sights. We did have someone playing guitar and singing loud right outside room on street every night. Not hotels fault. Security is weak. Room key is skeleton key and WiFi is not secure. There is Lidl very close for water and groceries. Room has fridge. "

"Excellent location and a beautiful, clean, and updated space. We had 4 people in the family apartment for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and even booked a taxi for us. Couldn’t recommend La Malandrina enough!"

"The rooms and property were very clean. They are also in an ideal area for walking to see nearby sights. One of the two rooms we had was not good at all. The air conditioning didn't work and the shower flooded because it was backed up. So one room was excellent, one was terrible. I imagine this is a rare occasion in this place but it was very unfortunate for one of our rooms to have issues. "

"Beautiful and charming accommodation, a bit antique but very well taken care of. The bed was a bit hard. The trees, gardens and pool offer a super nice refuge from the Sicilian summer temperatures. Nice staff. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating. "

"Owner is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Space was sufficient and clean, conveniently located. Elevators onsite so no need to carry your luggage through stairwells. This B&B doesn’t have any signage but upon arrival the owner showed up and brought us to the correct floor and helped us get settled in. "

"I was there October 20 to the 23. It’s worth the nightly rate. The town of Naxos is just down the street. Interesting for a one day visit. I experienced far better beaches. The staff are very friendly and of assistance. The pictures of the vistas from the hotel are not accurate. You can’t see much from the hotel. On balance if you are visiting Naxos, it’s worth the rate."

"Absolutely perfect place to stay and enjoy the sights of Taormina, Castelmola and Catania. Giuseppe the host is so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The only thing would be parking and whilst it’s street parking only is does get a little tricky with limited spaces around and lots of cars wanting parking. Would 100% recommend this place and will stay again."

Nice stay for a solo trip to Catania.

"Clean, modern and nice hotels close to the historic district of Catania. Easy access, many attractions within walking distance. Staff were great, attentive and kind. A tour to Siracusa was sold out; however, the guy at the front desk helped me to organize a tour on my own that cost a fraction of what I would’ve paid. He printed bus schedules, and a map with the highlights I needed to see, all at my own pace. "

"Like: hotel old world charm; staff was friendly and helpful Dislike: not enough electrical outlets for charging technical regalia and electrical outlets that were provided were not conveniently placed (ex. In order to use kettle provided it was necessary to move it from the desk where it was located to another area and then unplug the clock that was there to provide a plug for the kettle. Very annoying)"

"What a lovely surprise Panoramic Hotel was, from the friendly welcome, to the in room chocolates, to the flip flops for the pool. The room was lovely with a nice balcony and a spectacular view of Islabella. The breakfast was fantastic. Fluffy pancakes, fresh honeycomb, sweet pastries and so much more served in the terrace with views of the bay. We had lunch there one day as well and the food was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. The pool also had beautiful views. If you’re adventurous the steps to the top to the main town centre and ancient Theater are a challenge, or take the cable car instead. We highly recommend this hotel. "
