Great flat. Comfortable bed and shower (very slow to heat up at peak times when a lot of people were showering). Air con worked well and there was an espresso maker as well as kettle and tea / coffee and fridge. Lots of ants though - annoying! But one could live with them (well kill them). Location was perfect

Great location! Beautiful view from our room! Lots of stairs but to be expected in this location! Only concern was that they told is to get room cleaning we must vacate between 10-12. We can back at 1pm to rest before our afternoon activity and the room was not made up and we had to leave again so they could clean.

The property is well located in good proximity to shops and restaurants. The hosts communicated quickly and pleasantly on what's app. The room was comfortable enough. We would've appreciated more than one pillow. It was also very noisy at night. I'm not sure where the noise was coming from but someone was rearranging furniture at almost midnight. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great location. No parking but maybe that’s the case for all of Taormina. No elevators, we had to switch our stuff to our carry on to be able to carry them upstairs. The smell in the apartment was not good from the get go. Then we noticed that the toilet flush isn’t working, not sure how the cleaning lady didn’t notice this since she was cleaning on the same day. The noise in the bathroom coming from the fan is very loud and the suction system is not working, and there is no window in the bathroom. Overall, great location, overall responsive manager, but smelly apartment despite it being clean. If you have heavy bags, make sure you know there is no street parking and that there are multiple flights of stairs.

The room is far nicer with daylight through several doors, opening to large private terrace plus small terrace overlooking piazza; the photo does not do justice at all. The location was very convenient in the beautiful town; be aware that taxis may drop you “nearby”, leaving you to find Al Duomo! When found, the street entrance has beautiful ceramics. The emails from the operators were timely and clear with door entry codes, etc. However, there was no sign of any common area and no sign of human help on-site. Taormina was terrific. Weather was hot (89F/31C in early September) so the Public Garden was a real highlight, along with the Greek theater and the astonishing Mediterranean.
