"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

"Room was clean and great location. However very difficult to find the actual building. The sign on the front of the building did not match name of the building on the reservation. It is in a treacherous spot… with the steep hill and roller bags. Better sign and communication would certainly have helped!"

"Femme de ménage très gentil, appartement magnifique propre moderne bien équipée proche de tout mais experiece réception à distance pas très agréable manque d'information sur utilisation de la digitalkey c'est moi même utiliser IA pour me donner les étapes parce que communication avec Whatsapp avec le service ils croient que les clients connaissent tous ça .en plus arrivée a 01h de matin la digitalkey ne fonctionne pas il m'ont dit de les contacter mais ils ont répondu a 7h de matin heursement...

"The access codes provided for the main entrance were incorrect on two occasions. As a result, I was unable to access the property on one night and was left standing outside for approximately one hour, from 1:30am until 2:30am.
I called the advertised 24/7 emergency number several times for assistance, but unfortunately, nobody answered. This left me with no way of accessing the property.
I was only able to enter the main building at around 2:30am because another guest happened to be checking...
